We hold this property refurbishment close to our hearts, as it is the heart of Revilo!

We took occupation of the offices in July 2017. The property had been empty and unused for many years previously, so we had an extensive, high specification refurbishment to do before we could move in here. The project took about 4 months, in which time we had to go from a very plain, unloved office block, into a beautiful space for both our clients and staff. A hand drawn mural of Rochdale by the Manchester artist ‘David Gee’ completed our foyer.

In 2018, a decision was taken to now redevelop the ground floor, which was to become the new home of Revilo Homes & Revilo Financial. Frameless glass doors leading to a stunning reception area complete with Muraspec wall coverings that can been seen in the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, completed the finish…it’s all about the details here at Revilo – We have put a lot of time and effort into making it the perfect space for clients who visit (and an ideal place to run all of our operations from).
