Revilo Developments is delighted to be teaming up with the ‘Dr & Mrs Chadwick’ Charity to renovate 20 houses for hard working families in Bolton.

A doctor and philanthropist in the 1800s, Dr Samuel Chadwick is revered for his charitable work in the North West and is memorialised with a statue in Bolton’s Victoria Square.

The long-standing charitable trust provides discounted rental housing for working families and we will be helping them to redevelop 20 properties – using the latest roof solar panels from Viridian Solar – with the following work:

– Remove roof coverings from all 20 properties
– Insulate the lofts and between the rafters
– Felt the houses with an insulated high-performance quilt.
– Re-slate the roofs
– Integrate 3.2Kw Viridian Solar Panels into every home
