After purchasing a plot of land in Stackstead, near Rawtenstall in 2018, our team set to work on plans for a small, luxury gated development of three 5 bedroom, executive homes.

The plot was such a wonderful development space, Revilo Developments forgo the original planning consent and went back to the drawing board creating three truly unique homes. Whilst upon initial inspection these homes look like modern two storey detached houses. The build was completed by our team in 2019 – Prices started at £450,000 and all of these properties have now been sold.
